I found the staff helpful. They assisted with directions and recommendations. I also appreciated the coffee service available at all times in the charming lobby. The location was excellent, surrounded by cafes and shops.

prompt responses convenient location friendly staff floral bouquet
Before arrival, I asked multiple questions for recommendations and received prompt responses with information. The location provides easy access to several metro stops, which simplifies transportation. The staff was always friendly and helpful when I checked in. I ordered a floral bouquet, and the manager replaced it without me even asking.
The gym is a bit small with limited equipment, so I had to wait my turn once.

My room included two windows and views of the surrounding street. The air conditioner worked well, maintaining a consistent and comfortable temperature. The bedding felt great for a restful sleep.
